I attribute it to many factors. Undercutting of job costs being one of them. It all amounts to taking money out of circulation and letting it collect in the richest people's bank accounts and letting money leave the country. It's not rocket science. It's not the whole story but it's a factor. You're seeing things too simplistically, it's that group or this group. The fact is it is many groups.

However, I wonder whether it's no accident that there is perpetually a benefits system with lots of anomalies which throws up perceived injustices such as the one publicised. If you generally stood to gain from the current economic and political structure in this country, with its large wealth inequality, wouldn't you want a broken benefit system that deflected attention from you and helped to demonise other sections of society, and which enables you to hold onto power for an indefinite period of time on the perpetual platform of 'welfare reform'?

And that is the "bigger picture".

You are brilliant, at no point did I say that, I don't think anyone should suffer. Some of my best mates are British tradesmen.

Regardless of nationality, I've learned to do plumbing because it is so expensive to pay someone!

Of course we are suffering you dullard that's the whole point of my argument, I've been a sparks for 25+ years 10-15 years ago it was great now thanks to the EU bollocks the Uk construction industry is ruined some of the work these so called Polish electricians are carrying out is as rough as ****, good luck to all those who use one you obviously don't value you or your families safety.
