Official reason yes but more so they didn´t want race riots with the Rodney King thing still fresh. Black trust in authorities on the bottom at the time with polls showing most black people thinking it was a police conspiracy to jail yet another innocent black male. Take with pinch of salt but thats the reason Ive heard
And you're mad.

Welcome to America.

Although I saw an interesting program suggesting that it was his son that murdered Nicole.
I heard it was Lord Lucan.

Huge loss to the world of acting. And bank robbery. And domestic violence. And murder.

The Juice is now loose.

Rest well my Angel.

It reminds me about how I feel about Donald Trump and hope to say something like that about DJT some day.

Huge loss to the world of lying. And raping. And pussy grabbing. And secret selling. And false claiming winning elections. And letting pandemics run rampant in the country. And................

The Donald has met his level six feet under.

As someone with a naive/barely-there comprehension of the situation, did he really get off on the basis that glove didn't fit his hand?
That was one, there was the missing blood from the lab that was said to have been planted in his house by Mark Furman the racist cop. The fact that the crime scene was not sealed and was contaminated, the apparent fight between Simpson and Goldman before he was stabbed, yet no bruises or injuries to OJ other than a cut on his hand. Kato kailen Inconsistencies with his evidence, the failure of Alan Park OJ's chauffeur to state if OJ's
Bronco car was parked in the street sayin that he could not be sure if it was there.

Did he do it? IMO Yes but not on his own, his son Jason was involved

SNL eventually had to tell Norm to stop telling OJ jokes.

You never, never ever, told Norm not to do something.

After the next show aired they sacked him!!

#Legend.

I hear that he was knocked off because he was close to finding the real killer

Theres a brilliant 3 part documentary which is often on streaming or on iPlayer. OJ: Made in America

Nearly 8 hours long but utterly fascinating. First part gives an on depth background into the race divisions and the anti-police feeling at the time. All of it is key to understand before the trial coverage and how the jury (who the selection of was a key aspect) came to their (mad) decision.

The work his legal team did to sway the jury was terrifyingly clever.

This was a race/anti police trial and his team nailed it. Little things like removing all the photos of OJ with white celebs from around his house and putting up pics with black people so the jury could resonate more with him when they visited his property and wouldn't see him as having turned his back on the black community having "made it".

Probably my favourite ever doc
Made in America is a great watch. The way OJ's lawyer Jonnie Cochran was able to munipulate Chris Darden of the DA's office to get OJ to try the glove on was brilliant, Cochran knows full well that tbe glove had shrunk. The DA's had put so much on the glove as proof that OJ was the killer , only for it to not fit on his hand was amazing,Marcia Clarke lead DA was strongly against it but gave Darden to much slack.

Robert kardashian was more of a plea bargener than a lawyer was out of his depth with the case, thats why he went to F Lee Bailey and Robert Shapiro for help. Kardashian become more famouse after his death with his family making a name fir themselfs. Bailey hired the best of the best in Alan Dersowitz a professor in American criminal law and Barry Scheck an expert lawyer in blood and crime scene evidence. With Jonnie Cochran the only black lawyer defending OJ, this became the dream team.

The prosecution team with Marcia Clark her first big case and the In experience of Chris Darden they never really stood a chance.

I always confuse him with Michael Jackson, well not quite but whenever his name gets mentioned I think of Jackson.

Nothing to do race or nationality, it's about trials and single gloves.

This isn't a bad joke by the way, I simply associate the two in my head.

Plus both got away with crimes they were clearly guilty of because they were celebrities.

I imagine now he’s gone there’ll be an avalanche of crime documentaries about him, as there was with Jackson.
