well I don't know about the Yankees, but a Palace supporting mate at work told me today that it costs him £40+ to get into Selhurst for a home game these days (and he doesn't even sit in the posh seats, insofar as there are any "posh" seats at Palace).

That, my friends, is what is wrong with modern football.

One good thing about the new Yankee stadium is that there is standing allowed at the opposite side of the stadium. Now I'll have some of that when I'm next there in September. Even though the Mets are my team.
