Frankly I'm not sure Congratulations is the right expression.
Perhaps 'get a life ' would be more in order?
Did ROTR have an eleven month ban or something, as his posts seem the most frequent IMO.
Mind you, people say La Liga is uncompetitive but it's nothing compared to NSC where the top two are over TWO THOUSAND points clear of 3rd place.
