It's a bit of a moot point as not everybody finds him annoying. The same can be said of Watford O and Looney for example.

It was your idea to head to Waxy's. If we had gone to the West End we would not have drunk so much. Anyone, due to you ending up in the Weegie hospital, I had to go drinking in Paisley, never again....
