I’ve made a decision to boycott this World Cup.

More than any other competition this one was bought. The infrastructure has cost the lives of 6500 immigrant workers who have had no rights.

The country has an appalling human rights record with the rights of women, the LGBT community and opposition voices all suppressed.

This is not a country where all communities are welcome.

Sadly, I’ll not be watching any games. Instead I will be watching non-league games. I urge you all to do the same. Send out a message that this is not acceptable.
