aha Sir Danny, the picture is clearer now, do I deduce correctly that you currently drive something like a nova, citroen saxo or something similar. Why not go for something a little more grown up that already has alloys included, you will attract far less unwanted attention from people like th Police, chavvy wannabe boy racers or high insurance premiums.

I would bet I am the IT person with the most years in IT, over 33 right now. The problem is that virtually all of what I have done for the first thirty years is irrelevent and I am now in my fifties work is not easy to come by. I am now working again but I have a rather menial IT job although I am only there as I have a huge amount of experience in this area and for once my experience if what they wanted.

Oh, I would dare to say that I probably have forgotten more than most ITers on here have ever known too.

I have just dug out a fan from the loft, unfortunately it has a continental plug on it so I will need to change it to a UK one, does anyone know how many amps the fuse should be?
