I'm not up on citing rules. He looked a bit sheepish afterwards, I expect he was waiting to be called for it. To me it looked like he caught the opposing player on the head with his forearm if we're talking about the same incident. Far left hand corner from the camera's viewpoint.

Maybe but I think the AB played in a way that Ireland couldn’t turn up. They then started making errors when they knew they were beat. I enjoyed it anyway!
