Having reviewed the answers there, thankfully there will be no litigation. Most (about 10) answered with Sheffield United.

The only odd answer was West Ham, which may have applied the six team principle.

Pretty pleased with that, but not sure how I forgot Man City did the treble last season! Chris Hughton one was also annoying - seeing as he was manager of Newcastle three times in a short spell. Knew it was either him or that dancing tw*t!

Another cracking set of questions. Some immediately obvious, some initially so but on closer inspection I’m probably wrong and some absolute stonking hard ones.

I thought they'd been made a little harder, or to require a little more thought, this round.

Too many players hit the 65% benchmark last time (13 out of 16) which can mean a little too much fine lining in the final outcome. That may be because the standard is higher in the last 16.

Took a couple of hours to think out and research possibilities but it was very enjoyable doing it. I'm aiming for an average score closer to 50-60%, but it still isn't coming down.

It would have done in the previous phase but nearly all the players left are smart footie cookies.

The quarter finals will now be a straight knockout- set aside a couple of hours thinking time if you get through ! There won't be a draw, players will be seeded on their overall tournament performance.

There are one or two curve balls in there. But, looking at it, educated guesses could still return decent scores.

Folk must play their Shyster cards wisely. I was a bit surprised at how some of them were used last round.

A third of the players overall have 65% or over. That's about right. You're highest at 85%.

Oh, a warning about Mike Dean cards. As was said, the two cards have to be played against different opponents. If a card is played against the same opponent for the second time it is voided. This is mainly because of the admin involved correcting a player.
