I believe so. I think that's what Everton did this season. As I said, it'd be great to get there, but the UEFA cup would still represent an excellent season.

If there was one league club on whom I would wish instant Conference football it'd be THFC by a country mile, purely for their wankish fans. Generalisation I know but they're twats.

Should be an interesting day in the office tomorrow. I work in Tottenham.

Arsenal of course.

The Bridesmaids are a horrid team followed by bored housewives.

I like them both to be honest, as I do most of the North London teams, even though the Spurs boys on here could whinge for England, won't hold that against Jol.

Have to confess to liking Wenger's Arsenal a bit more at the moment because of the style of football they play.

My favourite Lunnoners are QPR though, might have become a fan of theirs I guess had I shown an interest in football as a teenager - we at least now share a bond with them over Leon Knight. Strong dislikes are Chelsea and the cave dwellers of Millwall.

And proud of it.

Yes, you must have been so excited getting a last minute equaliser against a big club like the Albion.

It all counts, from that goal to Doms in the San Siro to Lucas' against the Russians . All special in their own way and all what makes being a Leeds fan so great :D

In London I can't stand Chelsea or Spurs, I like Charlton and Brentford and by and large tolerate the rest.

As I'm sure Starry could tell you, Leeds copied the white shirts from Real Madrid. Apparantly they help Leeds fans stand out a bit easier in their caves.

No need, I saw some Leeds fans with candles at the weekend. Technology is catching on.

Arsenal for me. In my lifetime they're the only one of the two that have been succesful. As far as I can remember in the last 15years they've won league titles, F.A cups, League cups, the European cup winners cup, made the final of the U.E.F.A cup and are now in the final of the Champions league. The fact that they were a bit dull under george graham doesn't take away from their success. Plus under Wenger, they brought the Man Utd juggernaut to a hault and have played some absolutely breathtaking football.

Spurs on the other hand have won the F.A cup once, the league cup once(?) and have occasionally threatened to rise above midtable mediocrity, although usually they've spent their time with one eye on the relegation zone. Then there's their fans, a large number of whom appear to love a whinge and have an almighty chip on their shoulder. Having said that, they've been pretty decent this year.

Don't mind Spurs, but I like Arsenal. Probably my Premiership team since Southampton were releaged. Spurs are a nothing-team. Never do anything of note & are really a waste of space.

I'm praying that Spurs finish 4th, and Arsenal win the Champions League. It would be :clap2: :clap2:

I was quite indifferent until I worked in a building in Islington that has now been demolished to become part of Arsenal's new ground. The vast majority of people there were Gooners but they were very interested in Brighton's progress and sympathetic to our situation.

Hence forth I always look out for their results and would favour them over Tottenham any day.

Don't really like either but I tend to 'support' which team is currently playing the best football and also, more importantly these days, which team has the most English (or at least British) players.

So currently Spurs by a country mile. Come on Barcelona!
