NSC Hurricane Watch: Ivan & Jeanne

Yep thats right, ANOTHER one has started firing on all cylinders, due to go up the East coast of the US but may not strike land severely, you can see her on the bottom right of this satellite pic (also note the tropical storms off the west coast). But look at the size of Ivan, tearing it up through mainland Alabama right now and heading into a possible north-east direction.

To be fair, once it gets inland it will weaken to a tropical storm and then to a simple low pressure region. By the time it reaches me in Indiana it'll just be a few rain storms.
