Thursday's jumps meeting in Ireland at Thurles must pass a 7.30am inspection on raceday due to a threat of snow and ice.
Newcastle had to abandon their meeting on Wednesday because temperatures were not lifting enough to assist in melting the snow within the AW surface. They are holding an inspection at 10am on Thursday to see if there is any improvement. Less snow is forecast but cold temperatures are set to continue.
Westport to Hove - 18:30 Newcastle - Fendale @ 7/2

Snow meant today's meeting at Thurles did not go ahead. The track was raceable at 7.30am and soft on both the hurdles and chase course but a yellow weather warning meant officials needed to check again at noon. The forecast snow materialised, rendering the track unfit for racing.
The selections by JackB247 and The Brighton Bear were non-runners.
The first race tomorrow is the 12:45 at Southwell.
There will be an 8am inspection at Chelmsford tomorrow ahead of racing. There is currently a 3-4cm covering of snow and sub zero temperatures are predicted for Thursday night.
