Quiet day. Last Train will win the 1:20 at Chantilly but at 4/5, Bet365, I wont be getting too involved. Starcope is fancied 2:10 at Newbury but even with race fitness on her side Im not convinced 6/4 is a great price. I dont think I'll back either really.

As for my NAP Im going Laugh Out Loud after she did me a big favour last month. 3:00 York. Well fancied again and 3/1 is a fair price, though only a small bet.

I just saw this at 2:58, thought go on then, and watched it absolutely stroll home. Well played squire, 2/1 on the off but I prefer your 2/1 winner than my 9/1 loser.

I would love to have had a go on Hayley Turner today. 33-1 and 40-1 winners in the 1st two at Newbury.

I would play that up on The Nile 3:20 Newmarket, take 5/2 with 365 as likely to be 5/4 tomorrow, and Hajras 3:05 Newbury general 9/2 chance and 5/1 Betfred. I'll play that one ew. Remember never go mad, as NOTHING is a certainty.

Managed to get 11/4 on The Nile with Labrokes earlier this afternoon.

There were two winning naps today.

Congratulations to pseudonym who has now napped three consecutive winners.

The selections by Barry Izbak, Razzoo and The Brighton Bear were non-runners.

Don’t forget the first race tomorrow is the 13:30 at Newbury.
