[Help] NSC completely corrupted on my laptop - any suggestions please

Its quite annoying isnt it. The search, when it does return results, displays the results quite unsearchable

Search for any term(s) using Google and add 'site:www.northstandchat.com' after your search term(s). Your results will be far better than anything the native NSC search facility can provide.

Try enabling common http settings under the enable/disable windows features menu.

That is one groovy tip, thank you. Its faster, returns more results and isnt garbled

You are not the only one. Whilst I can see the pages at home, I have given up on Chrome. I have stopped and started adblocker with no joy.

Make sure you haven't inadvertently messed with the "zoom" factor in Chrome. Most browsers will zoom in/out if you hold down the CTRL key and spin the mouse wheel

Woah - That has resolved at least some/most of the issues - I certainly was not aware of that - cheers !
