NSC is completely corrupted on my laptop - any suggestions please ? Is there some way of resetting it as all the usual tools are not appearing.

Are you sure you're not on the mobile view which is very much stripped down? Is there a Desktop option at the very bottom of each page?

I am sure I am not on mobile view and no desktop option showing - I thought I could sort it via quick links but that is not showing either.
Is there a NSC email account to which I could try to send the screen shot ? Thanks

Lucky - The search function doesn't even show as an option for me.

Try enabling common http settings under the enable/disable windows features menu.
