Strangely enough, I'm with TalkTalk as well.
I don't want to have to contact them unless I have to as they can take hours to respond.

I am suspecting that NSC is getting stopped by their security. I'll be looking to see what I can change myself later.

I've turned off all of TalkTalk's security
so I can now access loads of porn sites, which wasn't quite the idea 
However NSC still "can't be reached" and "took too long to respond"
"err_connection_timed_out"
on both Chrome and Bing. Tapatalk just had the endless doughnut of death going round and round "loading".....

Network diagnostics says my computer is correctly configured but the device or resource (northstandchat.com) is not responding.

...as NSC also uses Cloudflare for site security.
From a scan of that, it looks like turning off your router for 30 minutes may do the trick.
