It seems that the new owners, who promised to invest millions, have put the club up for sale.

More details to follow apparently...

Well they were always going to be the next Real Madrid weren't they? The potential of that club has no bounds!

Laughably the Football League were apparently "satisfied" that the new owners passed the fit and proper persons test, but never made public who actually owns Munto Finance (and therefore who owns Notts County). All anyone knows is that Munto is a company based in Switzerland, owned by middle-east businessmen. Even SVEN said he doesn't know who owns the club, or where his substantial wedge is coming from. It stinks.

So now, out of the blue, they've suddenly decided to pull out, 5 months into a 5 year plan to get County to the Premiership. Could be linked with the financial crisis thats recently kicked off in Dubai I reckons.

Notts
As a ST holder with no loyalty to them (all my loyalties are with and albion and always will be) i would rather MUNTO pull out so the fickle Notts supporters who came out of the woodworks this season- as soon as notts got money- can go back to watching forest and their armchairs and leave notts to there lg2 footy with their 2500 hardcore (who truly love there club).

UP THE ALBION :albion2:
