Notts County Upper/Lower stands - HELP PLEASE

A new ground for me and I have 2 tickets in the Jimmy Seed upper, but a 3rd in the JS Lower, cos of a JCL who is now coming. Does anyone know if there is easy access between the two sections, so we can all sit together?

if not, would anyone like to swap? Upper or Lower, I don't mind.
