Arrived today!

Just in time, as blood pressure about to lift the safety valve.

Strange history:

20th April - Ordered and paid for first day Blues were allowed in.

27th April - Ticket ‘folder’ printed.

3rd May - First class postmark on envelope.

5th May - Arrived

7th May - Match day.

Questions:

- Why did it take a week to process after payment?

- Why did it take all but another week to get into an envelope?

- Last game of the season is always popular, in good and bad years, the date has been known since last summer - why was ticketing system not ready to process promptly?

My experience is like just about everybody else’s when dealing direct with the ticket office - friendly and efficient, and they do what they say they’ll do, and have been like that consistently for years and years.

Why is that service then let down when it goes beyond their direct control?

Rant over!

Looking forward to the match!!!

Had mine for about a week. Arrived about two days after I'd ordered it. They just don't like you!

I ordered mine on Wednesday, hasn't arrived yet although I've still go to wait on todays post.

I got my Bournemouth away ticket through 2 weeks ago

I don't really like the idea of going up to Notts with out a ticket and collecting one there just incase there is a f*** up.
