Hinsh an absolute liability

Seriously? You want a pop at the kid we’re putting on because there’s absolutely nobody left. Have a look at yourself.

He will do the best he can, in a very difficult set of circumstances, and he deserves our support. If we had a complete squad RDZ probably wouldn’t be putting him on in this situation under so much pressure.

Help him FFS, he’s one of ours.

Decent first half. We've been the better team and deserve to be winning.

Soft goal to concede early on, which is pretty normal of us this season... but despite that, the opening stages of the half we were playing some sublime football.

Forest defense is very open. They seem to be particularly vulnerable to our formation and style of play - but like all other teams of that calibre, there is always that risk they'll catch us on the counter, like they did for their goal.

Shame about the injuries, but both look precautionary rather than serious.

Dunk having a solid game. Pedro & Adringa looking good. Stunning finishes from Ferguson and Pedro. Gilmour playing well, but will have a barn door reputation before too long. 😅

We should win this. We should finish this off. But I thought the same against Sheff Utd. Let's not be complacent. We need a goal or two to seal this beyond doubt.
Last season I think we went in at half time in good spirits on this fixture, but Forest really ramped things up in the second half. Proper battling performance needed.

Amazing first half for all the good and bad reasons some of our play has been up there with the best, the injuries are way beyond the mounting up stage yet we can still put in a performance like that on the flip side Forest look dangerous on the break

Horrible goal to concede, Groß losing the ball, then getting skinned - but it wasn’t his fault. Ansu Fati touched the ball four times and lost the ball three times, jogged slowly back disinterested in tracking his runner forcing Groß to come across. Lamptey was stranded forward, as is the tactic (well, not to get stranded, but to over and under lap).

It was very reminiscent of Pervis’s contribution when we conceded a few games ago, before immediately going off injured. Terrible body language and didn’t want to be there - either not fit or something personal.

Good recovery though, but fear for the worst this half. It’s by virtue of Nottingham Forest being a bit shit that half that we’re ahead. We look so, so vulnerable at the back.

Oh, and I feel sorry for Hinshelwood. Has no business playing yet, especially at left back. But that’s not his fault, and we are bare bones. He is getting absolutely battered down his side, and Pedro isn’t doing enough to support.

Without Dunk or against a top side we’d have conceded 3-4 already.

Looked our keeper has dived over the ball for their goal, should he not have saved that, or am I being too harsh?

Your club is going to win a lot of friends both on and off the pitch this season🙏, can’t complain with the halftime score, games like this won’t define if we ( Forest ) stay up it will be the likes of Luton and Utd where we were two up and unable to claim the points.

Hope that wasn’t a hamstring for Fati and just a slight muscle strain - a terrible set back for Fati and very disappointing for us.

I wonder what it says in the contract about who agrees to pay his wages now if he is out for a substantial part of the season?
Looked as though he was holding his shin rather than hamstring?
