Did that really happen ? It may explain things.

Taylor was zero tolerance, so it's annoying the players weren't wise. But sometimes a yellow is fine if someone is frustrated. It happens.

But when the red came out so quickly it seemed even too soon for Taylor. I thought it must have been something bad.
The cameras caught it, and my elementary lip reading was sufficient… with the yellow he was angry and swearing at him, and also put hands on him. He completely lost the plot and didn’t calm down after the yellow.

What did Dunk actually do?
Why was Buonanotte booked for kicking the ball away when this has not been done after the first few game? I thought this had stopped now? If I was at the club I would send the premier league a video of all the times players have not been booked for a similar offense and demand an answer.
Also a video of man Utd, man city, Liverpool etc players doing what Dunk was and not even getting booked.
I think it was the words used that got him the red.

Hove actually
Well done 👏, result was just about right ……..Dunk was stupid, Joao scored a great goal but maybe needs to toughen up a little or stop rolling about ? but the star was your keeper …..great match winning save from Yates at the end.

Good luck the rest of the season ( hope you win the pot in Europe 🏆🙏).
Thank you for the sensible post. Pedro does annoy me with his theatrical attributes if that’s lessen the pain of losin?

What was their pen like?
Haven't seen it back yet.

I heard that Webb had instructed the VAR officials to not give so many soft penalties.
seeing as Taylor didn't give it, I assume it must have been a clear and obvious error.

David Gilmour's armpit
A team captain should know better, and it's no thanks to him that we managed to hold on. Don't get me wrong, I love his passion (the same goes for RDZ), but jeez...there's a time and a place for it, and that wasn't it.
Now let's go and stuff Athens and Chelsea and I'll happily eat my words. :)

Whatever we may say about certain players lacking this and that - that was some performance from all of them.

Once again had to beat the officials and the opposition.

Can't help thinking if that was Fulham players would be laying on the turf holding their heads throughout that extra 10 minutes added on - how did he get 10 minutes !!

There was no close up, the only angle we saw was rather inconclusive, mainly because the forest player was in front, so couldn't actually see Hinshelwood's hands/arms.

Well we won but I was not at all enamoured by the way we did. RDZ’s comments about referees clearly got to the players. Dunk was stupid to get sent off and we hung on. It now feels like an injury crisis with Fati and Lamptey joining the long list.

Ref absolutely ballsed up calming the situation. In fact he just added fuel to the fire.

Yes Dunk was stupid doing what he did - but a better ref would have told him "get away from me NOW or you're off".

I just think English refs are attention seeking narcissists and like to make the game all about them - which he did - and that he would have loved the drama of Forest going on to win.
How did he balls it up ? It's for the players to keep their cool. A ref is not a nanny. Taylor is zero tolerant. Dunk let himself, and the team, down there.

They must have had other video. From the one of the TV you can not tell what happened. From the view saw it should stay as the decision on the field.

Be interesting to hear RDZ’s post match comments. The officiating seemed to be book Brighton players, give leeway to Forest
