strong and stable with me, or...
Again, no it is certainly not hilarious, the 'what if' situation turned out correct as we have now had the lowest attended first team match at the Amex.
I reckon the club did well, but I wouldn't be surprised to find that there were only around 12,000 supporters there judging by the empty swathes in the north and east. I am sure the West was equally bad, but I cannot see that as I'm in it.
There is simply no universe, except one filled with spin, where a crowd which is usually around 30,000 and is more than halved due to the unfortunate timing of the game, can be seen as a triumph. It fulfilled the worst fears of those pointing this out once the kick-off was scheduled. You and Chailey are trying very hard to polish a turd, and it won't work.
Well put. 8pm Boxing Day kick off was and is moronic and shouldn’t be on the calendar for any club again. Why is it every normal Sunday the latest KO is 4.30pm, but Boxing Day gets an 8pm!? Ridiculous.
I’d like to congratulate everyone that didn’t go, that meant Sky had to address the KO time and lack of crowd live on air because we’ll continue to eat the TV-shit if we merrily carry on with a ‘wasn’t the Boxing Day 8pm ko fantastic as I got a lovely bus with plenty of room from my local Sainsburys’.
