How can you possibly say that because we've seen the opposition, we know we're better than them?! When we went to Southampton, we were defensive, boring and not at our best. Is that reflective of our entire season?

We've been top for months now. Not one team has wanted it bad enough to win they games they should have won and taken the top spot away. We're not world beaters by any means, but the teams immediately below us are world-class bottlers.

Personally i think Exeter are the best team weve played this season when we went to St James Park, Southampton didnt impress me, Huddersfield we easily deserved a point, Sheff Weds again were nothing special and could have got a point, Bournemouth didnt offer anything down here, Peterboro weve completly outplayed over 2 games apart from 25 mins, Charlton were not very good.

I think most of us fully accept that you are far from a mediocre team......and yes, you did beat us.
The threads on here are though,are meant for Brighton fans....and I hope you'll forgive us for 'enjoying the moment'.
There is a long way to go and much can change....but right now.....things are just about as good as they get. Forgive us if we 'boast' a bit......we've gone through an incredible amount of crap for a very, very long time. Recent title winning teams really didn't count for that much, as we still didn't have a stadium, but that is about to change from next season, so any success on the pitch now is savoured like nothing before...and I've supported the Albion for 46 years now.
Wish you luck this season......but hopefully not at our expense.
