hmmm, can't offer much of a suggestion other than cauterisation, although I'm sure they will ease as you get older. They can be a side affect of some acne medication, and also can be a sign of prostrate cancer in older men, if they start suddenly (as with my dad a few years ago). Hope things improve soon
