Are certs for promotion for why are we all so glum again about yet another defeat at the Withdean we never had a hope in hell of getting anything from today so shut up and put up.

Apart from the last 10 minutes I thoroughly enjoyed the match! It was a good game!

I think it's the manner of the defeat.

I know the form book and the table show Norwich as the heavy favourites for a tie like this BUT the fact is that we simply HAVE to get a home win soon if we want to have any hope of staying up. The fact that we went a goal up and COULD have held that lead to win the game is what makes it so painful.

When our next games aren't any easier you can't help but think the writing is on the wall

Doesn't matter who you're playing when you're in a relegation scrap you can't afford to write off any games, let alone ones you're ten mins away from winning

I totally agree I would have happily taken a point today but Norwich showed why they are a championship side,we still have enough quality and enough games to get the points to stay up

f*** off you prick.

Fed up with this "ooh but we played really well" shit.
We were 10 minutes away from getting 3 points and f***ed it. That is the fact of the matter.

Becuase we are all fed up of going to games where we play well and lose.

Well I am, anyway.

Well if we go into games with that attitude we may as well just give up with football altogether. We had a chance today and we blew it because Poyet made stupid tactical decisions and we made the usual defensive errors.

Couldn't agree more.

Poyet, you messed up big time old son.

To me the last three games have been positive in some sense.

Leyton Orient: Should of won and the ref didn't help.
Huddersfield: In my opinion we were unlucky not to score and dominated large periods of the game
Norwich: Top of the table side who for 80 mins we were beating.

We are now in games, not being thrashed 7-1, 4-1 etc. Yes the results aren't ideal and I am gutted about losing today but things are looking better on the pitch thus suggesting that we can get out of this.

Here Here

1 thing to add, it shows just how far we have come since Poyet has taken over to get this sort of negative reaction because we played well, lead til the 80th minute and lost to the side that are top of the league just because we couldn't hang on, not, as before, because we were playing crap football, or looking hopeless.

Keep up the good work Poyet and Co, you must be doing something right so therefore the good results we are all after can't be far way. :albion1: :albion1:

Goring,

Your attitude is, to be frank, defeatist and a little bit
depressing. If everyone thought like you - we might as well
not have bothered turning up today. Just give them 3 points.

ffs

Absolutely the most poignant point I've read in ages.
