Why can’t Norwich park their team coach at the Stadium just like all the other away teams do?

I hadn't noticed before but on the website as you buy a ticket for the Bridge car park it now says 'this car park can take up to an hour to exit'.

Obviously I know this through bitter experience but surprised the club are now acknowledging it and don't seem to be (that I've seen) trying to find a solution (such as trained effective stewards, controlling the traffic lights etc).

The stewards are generally fine. It's the flow of people walking away from the ground that cross just before The Bridge and also as you said the traffic lights. The lights only allow a few cars to get through at a time whereas those entering the a27 from the uni allow many many more cars egress and the a27 eastward bound also allows a large number of cars. The sequencing is clearly set up for normal conditions. I wonder why the club can't request that post match, they are altered for a couple of hours?

What's the University car park like to exit relative to The Bridge?

In my experience, miles better - there are two plus-points:

1. The queues to get out are generally much better....ok, there is a bit of a bottle-neck at times at the roundabout near The Swan, but otherwise it's relatively painless;
2. Once you're out you get straight on to the A27....and if you have a long drive back to Somerset, this is SO much better than The Bridge, where you have to join the A270, then crawl up Coldean Lane, before getting on the A27.
