What a depressing season this as been, watching Palace scrape through another season playing mostly uninspiring football and watching Weed be saved by a pandemic and their incredible knack of playing teams who have given up on their season just when Weed need points most. Guess having a £250M penis pump, sugar-daddy wasn't enough luck for them. Weed ****s. Starting to think we'll get relegated before they do.

:lolol:

Again, the £250m or whatever that was used to rebuild (literally) a football club infrastructure. They really do but get it - but great to see the jealousy and penny dropping. All those ***** singing going down after their lucky, lucky win!

You’re talking about a minority of supporters. Hardly indicative of the entire Brighton fan base.

You haven’t even been to a game lol, Albion fans are brilliant by and large to and from every game and we always get behind the team.

I realise its a minority, pretty sure that minority could be smaller though. And I've learned from my mistakes - I refrain from doing any guesswork, only commenting on whats very blatantly caught on camera (like the Bong incident) or apparent from reading around here. I'm sure you are correct about the majority being excellent fans, as it is a prerequisite if you are able to do the journey BHAFC did.

Nough about this though, time to go out and celebrate with some beer!

Yeah, and a quick glance at any fans forum will see exactly the same balance. Its hardly a 'Brighton' thing. And fans in many other countries are far less patient/more vociferous and outraged by poor performances/form than we are here on the whole (I'm thinking southern European countries and South America in particular!)

I'm a ****ing superstar of a supporter.

Such a superstar of a fan you are even going that extra mile to create a new fan club to teach us how to support the club properly, remind me when will this take place.

Anyone who is paid millions of pounds a year and fails to perform is always going to get a hard time from fans, no matter which team they play for. Watch the opening of Sunderland til I die.

Does that mean that, in 2018/19, Palace gave up on their season at the beginning of December?

Bit of squeaky bum time at the end, but thought we controlled the game and - apart from shot hitting the post - much more likely to score another than to concede. All about results at this stage and our return of 7 points from last 4 games is excellent. Two free hits against the top two teams coming up. Well done boys.

I don't get this, 'the performance was bad, but we won'. For once, I didn't think we played badly at all. Yes we should have beat them 4-0, but who cares, we created the chances and just didnt bury them. That shows that we are one very good striker away from being a very good team. I whined about Trossard in the first 15mins then he turned out to be our match winner and played pretty well.

It looks like we are staying up, in which case, I do think we are looking like a very exciting team. Once it's mathimaticaly safe, fair play to Potter, he's done a very good job.

What a result though...absolutely BUZZING.

Also, Lamptey, **** me he looks class.

So would that be when we played against Leicester?
Nicking a point against a team who've given up? Bet Palace wished they had an easy fixture like that....

Thats how 99,99% of all teams close to relegation play for the last 10 minutes when they are up 1-0 away against another relegation team. Its not a Hughton thing, its reality.

May be so. But we played like that even if we were 1.0 up after 10 minutes under CH.
I was hoping for something more positive.

This Brighton team is better than last season - but it is still very limited in PL terms.

the upside is that, while not in a mathematical sense, the club is safe from relegation - and now can plan for PL football next season. But be clear - next season will be another tough one.
