OBVIOUSLY, off to the stadium to collect his gear and then he's off to Palace, I heard.

Seems most get there at 8.30am - 9.00am, depending on what their own preparations might be, injury's, warm ups, appointments with various sport science people etc.

I am guessing training itself doesnt kick off until 10am'sh.
