I know i am in a minority here. But I think

1 Noone's delivery is poor

2 He freezes/panics whenever he gets a scoring opportunity.

I can't see how he can be in the starting eleven when we eventually have a fit team.

Great to have as a sub though!

he has been on fire since pre-season started...arguably our most consistant player so far this season, and tonight was his FIRST start

I don't think you're in the minority, I think you're on your own tbh

He takes players on well, and that looks great. But I think his distribution and especially his finishing (Should have 3 goals by now) could be a whole lot better.

You may have had a point when he first signed, but with the right coaching and nurturing he is turning into a top class player who is currently in the form of his life.

1) Indeed, none more so than those appauling two assists today, and against Doncaster, and Cardiff.
2) He's had one chance to score against Donny and admittedly, fluffed it. But that's not his job. His job is to tear the full-back a new arsehole. He does it well.

Not seeing that he has been alongside Bridcutt and CMS as our best players so far this season makes you most definitely, in the minority.

We'd have scored a lot less goals this season without him. The ones against Doncaster and Portsmouth spring to mind.

Properly good player, he is providing the creative spark that we need now that Bennett has moved on. It was the right time to replace him though, keep him fresh for Sunderland.
