That's comfortably good enough for me.
While I was expecting a discussion and definitely underestimated the reactions of some, I did not expect the apology - maybe I should have, but I'm glad about it.

While voicing one's disappointment is of course fine (and English), I've had many a win through complaining to brands via twitter, due to it's exposure and ease of sharing;
However, choice of words can be more practical, not only to elicit the level of guilt you may want the person to feel (instead of things like hate & anger) but also to help avoid it happening again - which would be the priority.


The kid's paid his dues now, is an admin able to close this thread from replies? or is it that overkill?

Everyone royally messes up sometimes in their life (even if not everyone will mouth off like that). It takes something out of the ordinary to own up, see the impact of your actions on yourself and others for messing up, and taking steps to repair the damage.

To the kid, well done for doing this and thank you for the tweet. The threat of facing the wrath of NSC in less than an anonymous way certainly concentrated the mind. Now let's see if you can act in a grown up way in circumstances when there is no threat to ruin your life.

as you will see if you read the whole post i did not join a witch hunt, i pm,ed a friend of his, who posts on north stand chat to inform him of what can happen to people who shout their mouth of on the internet insulting people.You have no idea of the contents of those pm messages nor will you (it dosent concern you ) if i had wanted to bully him, i would have just posted his personal details on the thread and let everyone do as they wanted ,however i chose to behave in a less conforntational way(shame you cant) this is my last post on this subject as i have better things to do than argue with someone who is not in posesion of all the facts
