WHY IS FAB MAKING STUFF UP AGAIN. HE KNOWS NOTHING. HE JUST MAKES STUFF UP AND PEOPLE ALWAYS BELIE..........oh......it's about us signing someone?

I've always liked Fab. Always said it. He has good contacts and will only post when he's been given solid info.
No, he's still a sentient colon.
Spewing his shit all over the Internet for his followers to lap up.

No. I don't like him, I don't like what he does for a living and I don't like what he represents. Regardless of whether his vague "discussions are continuing" shtick happens to occasionally conclude with an actual signing that we actually make.
Apart from the ones like Milner and Dahoud where he mentioned them way in advance of us signing.

Perfect profile of player to come in. Will be happy to be on the fringes of the first team this season and get odd minutes and cup games. And I’ve never heard of him as he sounds like some of the names Football Manager spawns when I reach my 10th season. Nothing not to like.

Apart from when he's right about us.

I understand.*

*Now we wait.
I've said many times that I can't stand the way he and people like him do their job, regardless of the players involved and who they play for

There are some classic tweets from him from June in the Moises thread, which are effectively the equivalent of him treading water on the deal. I see no value in people 'knowing' every single detail of the current state of a transfer – inbound OR outbound. More than happy to wait until the club announces it officially.

The difference being that Milner and Dahoud were out of contract and able to speak freely to other sides. Romano disrupts players who have long term contracts, signed only months earlier, most likely at the behest of the buying club.

Nooo, you've misunderstood. We're actually fascinated with everything that Romano writes.
Indeed, we're so far up his backside we snuggle up against his tonsils when we go to sleep, with the rest of his followers in our "Fab's Fab" pyjamas.
It's just we're not willing to admit to it, for reasons that I'll admit I'm still a little hazy on.

I'm not defending what he does. As mentioned below it's a mouthpiece for the agents.

I just find it amusing in player transfer threads if a Romano tweet is about a player potentially leaving, his quoted tweet is lambasted and we kick off about how it's being used to disrupt players.

If it's about a player joining us, no one seems to mention him disrupting players or how they don't believe it because it's him.

Just amuses me. As long as it's about us signing someone then quote away.

Oh yeah, the hypocrisy is real in all different ways when it comes to football fans, I get that. You only have to read a matchday thread to see that people's opinions go from one extreme to the other in a matter of minutes.

This Romano guy, though – personally I don't like what he says/hints at about ANY player.
