Yes he did keep selhurst until, so i have heard, jordon arranged to buy it through a third party company that is now in administration - hence palace might now lose selhurst to the highest bidder, for maybe housing or a retail park so o pay that company's creditors. I bet they wish that Noades still owned Selhurst now

You do talk shit Jamie.

The ground has to stay a recreational park as part of the deeds, so unlike the Gallstone, don't expect a toy shop to pop up.

That's alright, they could turn it into an artificial ski slope & 9 hole pitch & putt instead?

Maybe a nice new leisure centre with a pool, flumes, and a soft play centre for the kids including ball pit.

Jamie, not really sure why you care, but you clearly dont get the situation. im going hate myself for saying so, but Jordon isnt a mess, he's been pumping in his personal cash for years. Noades pulled a fast one on Goldberg who was a clown, but it seems he also outwitted Jordon when he tried to buy back the ground - i recal at the time there was a suspicion Noades owns/controls the offshore company that now owns the ground. if Noades genuinly wanted to help Palarse he could simply buy the ground from the administrators and reduce the rent. im sure thats not his aim though, he wants to sell the ground and move the club. think Archer meets Bates, and theres no positives to being associated with either.

Well a caravan park would constitute a recreational facility although I can't imagine anybody wanting a holiday in Croydon.

All dependent on the small print in the contract , many 25 year leases have a get out clause for both parties at intervals in the life of the lease such as 5 , 10 , 15 and 20 years. If the new owner wants vacant possession so they can redevelop the site any rent arrears could lead to eviction for breach of contract.
But this one hasn't.Still you showed your knowledge of the lease laws to everybody.
Round of applause:clap:
Croydon council will not let the land be developed FACT.
So keep looking for bad news.

It's tory run.I cannot see that changing, can you?As for Noades I am not a noadeist or a noades hater.I know he made money but he invested when no-one else was buying into football. He still supports the club and would not leave us homeless. So once again this board will have to look for another negative ,shouldn't be to hard at the moment.

They don't really need a team or a stadium in Croydon.

There are other teams playing locally who could take Palaces Supporters, well maybe the ones who look the most normal at least.

Off the top of my head I can think of at least 3 clubs within a 10 mile radius of shithurst.

Why dont CPFC supporters just decide to go to Chelsea Fulham or Millwall and stop bothering with all this Palace nonsense?..the more adventurous could even go to QPR, Charlton or Crawley Town although this number would obviously be very low as palace supporters seem to get a nosebleed if they travel beyond the end of their street (see away attendance threads)

There are benefits to doing this. For starters they would'nt have to buy replica Palace Jesters outfits to wear round Magaluf and people would not laugh at them so much as a consequence, they would have a whole new set of friends to sell lucky heather and pegs to and the potential for breeding with people outside of their close family would greatly reduce birth defects. Certainly there are some birds in London desperate enough to let one of them near them although perhaps this is most likely in Leyton Orients catchment area or Possibly around the Seven Sisters Road.

Jordan could then slip back into obscurity, Smellhurst could be turned into an Aldi and we could all forget the whole sorry Palace thing had never happened.

Meopham, Kent.
Noades had a touch of the ken bates about him - he told people straight how it was instead of promising the earth. As Bates did at Chelsea and is now doing at leeds however, he did a good job, and his record speaks for itself.

Ha ha ha.

Simple question. Does Ken Bates own any shares in Leeds?

A straightforward question you may think, but when you lie and cheat and con people as much as Ken, even he doesn't know where the truth ends and the lies start.

but he did lead to you not owning your home when he seperated the ground and club. oh, whats the point, if you dont care, i certainly dont. you can learn from our experience or put your head in the sand. good luck with chairman Noades.

To get to stand in the corner with a dunce hat on.

Don't get your hopes up though, Jamie will be along soon and reclaim his crown.

Are you going to publish it on a weekly basis so we can see who is pissing you off the most?

That would really make us feel terrible and would'nt be the funniest thing ever.

ever.
