No, I was seemingly there last week. We even saw an Albion player on the boat over, it was so exciting...

Ah, Brett told us all about it. Monsieur Martot, I do believe.

I'm confused: I've just rung up, got through almost immediately, got a ticket for my daughter and me for £14 and will be able to pick them up from an office right next to the turnstile - what should I be moaning about? (apart from the view from the family stand obviously)

I'm excited: it will be my little girl's first match.

You crack me up you REALLY do!

You can spin anything! Who are you f***ing at the club?

Do you REALLY think by adding a cash turnstile it's going create such an influx of people wanting to go on a Saturday afternoon??

I was going to reply to this, but seeing as the others (i.e. the human race) have already owned your wide-open foul-stinking bitch ass, I won't bother.

So instead I'll descend way, way, way down to your level and stick to trading insults, you failed abortion.

Sorry:( I did have to undo the envelope that that tickets arrived in all by myself when I could have been doing something much more useful and I'll have to remember to take the tickets with me on Saturday. What is the club playing at:censored:

That's much better.

As mentioned earlier, I went to the ticket office this afternoon and can only describe my time there as horrendous.

I had to open the door myself, yet the handle was dirty and slightly rough; goodness knows what abrasions I could've suffered. I then had to walk down some steps, not just one either, but two whole ones. Not one member of staff offered to hold my arm. I then did not receive the form I requested or an answer to my question with appropriate urgency, both took approximately 17 seconds. Not acceptable. I will not be going in there again today rest assured.

You've got the hang of this, well done :)

How was the coffee (hot/cold) and the bun (stale/fresh)? Did you forget what you went in for?

Indeed not, needless to say there were no refreshments of any nature offered throughout my entire 2 minutes on the premises. A lesser man may have cracked but I retained my dignity and pride and went on with my business regardless.

Crap Town
Royal Mail First Class
We aim to deliver First Class letters the next working day after collection.

So that would give Royal Mail an extra two days 'buggering it' up time (as they also deliver on Saturday mornings) , and people would still get their tickets.
Could explain why when booking online Tuesday evening the only option is to pick up tickets from the ground. Somebody at the clubshop/ticket office on Wednesday has to do the "paperwork" to send out the tickets which means they dont get sent for posting until the afternoon/evening. If the tickets dont arrive Thursday or Friday you are knackered because just lately the post on Saturday doesn't arrive until the afternoon or if not it will sometimes turn up on Monday.
