following yet another 20 minute delay in getting home another complaint is on its way to FCC which i'm sure will be ignored.

Ive started commuting to London again (from Eastbourne) and I have to say I have nothing but good reports to say about my daily commute from Eastbourne. Since I started regularly again in mid November only once have I been seriously late into London (over 10 mins) and that wasnt Southerns fault that some inconsiderate to55er decides to throw himself under a train. I do have sympathy with the Brighton line lads as I often read on here what goes on but I have to speak as I find - I have no problem with Southern whatsoever. Last time I regularly commuted it was back in the Connex days - say no more.

Willington, ANYTHING would seem better than Connex...

Southern IMHO do a good job. FCC=shit, I remember being on their slow train last feb. during a cold snap and by Balcombe, really feeling like something would drop off!

Take a portable radiator in your bag and plug that baby in.

Charge people for the heat and perhaps, in a few years, you can afford to fly to your destination.
