But if you live outside the SCR Brighton catchment area, Seagulls World is the only way of getting live commentary.

Live in Surrey or sarf London, and all you'll get off SCR is exciting live commentary on "The Ks" or "The Cards" - whoever they might be. Brighton simply does not exist on SCR North.

I reckon Seagulls World is actually excellent value. Apart from the embarrassingly amateurish 'commentary' added to match highlights video clips by some clown who's only been told the scorers' names.

Anyone agree?

And if you don't live in the South of England you don't get SCR at all so have to rely on the World commentary (which is what I used to do when in exile)

Yep, I agree. I think it's good value. If you don't live in SCR south catchment area then its the only way to get commentary, home and away. For about 40 quid a year (the price of two match tickets) I get all commentaries home and away (except when my satellite plays silly buggers), the phone in (not necessarily always a good thing) and goals from the games (I don't bother to watch the ones we lose badly!).
Yes, at times it goes belly up. Yes at times I get frustrated because the commentary goes just as we get a penalty (remember them?). Yes at times I find it cringe-making (like when the players introduce themselves before the match). But if it was perfect it wouldn't be Albion :D
