I take this as a bit of a sign that if we were to go to the Championship we would find things tough, as indeed Bong has.

But if Bong’s been moved on, necessarily our remaining players are at a higher level than him in their positions.

The Championship is a tough division. I wonder how many of our current squad would insist on leaving?

Ouch. Only played once for Forest and now hasn't got a squad number.

Feel sorry for the guy that it didn't work out for him there, hopefully somewhere else will take him on.

Thankfully he's got another year on his contract, difficult time to be out of work.
