Because we both know , and all the others who've posted on this thread so far know, that there would have been uproar and outrage had the situation been reversed, not the muted, mealy mouthed " well yes I thought we'd moved on from that" type response that we've had so far.

We also all know that you would have defended it, saying that they had every right to not want a member of an ethnic minority living with them.

I live in South East London. I have done for years - I spent 3 years in Peckham, then Lewisham, now Bermondsey (a mere 10 minutes walk from the New Den if you need specifics). I have never been 'f***ed over' by anyone, let alone 'people like [Mellotron]'. In fact, as I said earlier in this very thread, the only time I've ever encountered any discrimination whatsoever was when a white, English, Christian guy didn't want me living with him because of my atheism.

So come on, "educate" me about how I don't understand where I've lived for the last 7 years.

I don't think it's racist, it's just a lot of races prefer to be together rather than mix with others. Whether that's due to just feeling more comfortable or for what ever the reason, but I don't think it's racist.

A lot of Asian races don't usually stray too far out of their own. At University, the Asian students would stick together, even the ones in the same halls and would barely speak a word. And its obvious to see in society. Very much the same in the Indian culture.

Nothing against it, and noting wrong with it. It's just preference.

One uses this forum as a platform for an extremely tiresome crusade for poor down trodden working class white people who simply haven't got the power to defend themselves against a tidal wave of public opinion in favour of nappy throwing ethnics, and for no other reason. The other thinks he's on a one man crusade against vicious racism on NSC, but in reality is equally f***ing boring. He runs a bar in Prague you know. And has a fit East European girlfriend half his age too. He may have mentioned it once or twice. If you're so informed about what I've posted about the white working class you'l know its the people that have lived their for generations that i'm on about not middle class blow ins fromn sussex like you who can afford to upsticks and f*** off back to the firs time anything untoward happens, its not YOUR family that has had this wonderful melting pot foisted upon them , its not YOUR family that sees immigrants and asylum seekers jump the queue for social housing , its not YOUR family who has had schools with over half the children speaking english as a second language foisted upon them, you f***ing CHOSE it,there's a difference.

You may well have a point about the white working classes. Shame that you choose to defend them by ATTACKING non-whites really. If you see an injustice in the way social housing is granted, there must be better ways to change the world than post anecdotal evidence of simpleton racist non-whites posting up house rentals with "asian only" signs.
