That was based on who could do a job be available at a sensible price not millions to loan and possibly agree to purchase in January. I do not consider it realistic to expect us to spend £6m + in January..

My comment was said tongue firmly in cheek, I do have to say its a more realistic suggestion than people constantly making the lazy suggestion of Rhodes who Blackburn turned down 12 million for, can't help feeling that domestic players we can afford all smack a bit of the O'Grady effect and probably no where near the quality of what we already have, if only Hemed wasnt so unlucky/wasteful he would have a hatful and we could look forwards to the rest of the season in a more relaxed manner!
