Those later comments by Adkins certainly didn't help matters. Adkins is also now a hypocrite in my eyes with all of the snidey off the ball stuff HIS team were getting up to. If we'd had a half decent ref rather than a jumped up dwarf giving us a 1:10 ratio on decisions, the game would have been a darn sight different. Instead, the SCC team of Lumps and Hoof It merchants were able to (often unfairly) impose their physical tactics on us.

Pretty sure Davis got a touch on the ball. But Saints' late tackles certainly made them one of the dirtiest sides we've faced this season. The ref seemed to be making allowances for their desperation, when a few yellows wouldn't have gone amiss.

Well firstly, he did shake hands. So before you call him a twat for not, probably best to get your facts right. What he said after was about right. Take your best couple of players and put them in Dagenhams side, and you'll have a top six side. Your indiviuals not a team, which is why we won the league last week, and you'll have to wait another fortnight to see if you go up.
