Supplier of mine sat next to his agent last Saturday at his wedding. He is currently in negotiation with 3 clubs in the south (not named) over a transfer.

Back from his honeymoon next Sunday but not convinced he will pick us.

What we will end up with is either a loan striker or a trialist who looks good in pre season but turns out to complete wank. You are right in what you say on the Argus forum

I'd put my money on Millwall. However that might open the door for us for someone like Darren Byfield? Don't know if he is still injured though?

Still scored a fair few goals for them last year despite missing a large chunk of the season. He's the sort of player we should be prepared to spend a little bit of money on, if we have any!

Spence - I think you will find it is a little Ernest joke as he is currently entertaining the Ladyboys in Thailand thus hiding behind an anonymous keyboard :lolol::lolol:

Some joker has been posting opinions in various names on the Argus forum for a few weeks now. I had a few 'yorkie' posts removed because they weren't posted by me.

Would be a goog signing and would get bums on seats... would involve a reasonable amount of money so probably won't happen...

cant blame him for saying no if he does. its not as if he is young and thinks ''i could stay with albion for years, move into the new stadium'' etc etvc. he is at the end of his career and if i was him i think i would want one more bigger club under my belt, perhaps promotion pushers etc
