Just been looking at the table and just noticed, Brentford are up to 9th, just outside the play offs! I think POs are too much for them this year but what a great job he's done  - many on here said he'd be a good managerial candidate - seems they were right!

Everyone was saying he'd make manager.... but thought it could be for us. He's doing well very quickly though, could be a good punt for promotion next season!

I wonder if he'll recruit any old Brighton pals?

I think there will be a few available at the end of the season...

Yep, he seems to have turned the Bees around completely since taking over, a similar effort to Jamie Pitman at Hereford...nice to see a couple of young up and coming English managers making their mark.

This comment is not meant as a criticism of him but as a compliment to him and Albion, but I think this just goes to show that it was EXACTLY the right decision by Poyet to let him go.

Clearly NF wanted to be a manager and SOON so it was best to let him go and get on with it and he is reaping the rewards.

It's great to see him and Slade doing great jobs at their respective clubs. Would be really nice to see them both pushing on next season.

I hope Forster continues to do well and establish himself as a successful young manager. Who knows, one day, hopefully in the very distant future, we can line him up as Gus' successor.
