Well, what has happened to them? Raheem Sterling is now considered one of the best footballers in the world, Aubameyang is one of the top scorers in the premier league.

What has this horrendous legal drug done to them?

The amount of press attention they all got for doing it. I thought we had a no dick heads rule?

FWIW I am fairly liberal about drugs, but professional sports people doing things they have attracted negative press in the pass and still do it seems pointless. In the summer I could forgive it but on a winter break in a relegation battle ...

Well yes the danger is miniscule, the issue is more to do with the reputation and (I shudder to use the word) brand of the club which is clearly important enough that if I was caught doing it in the bogs at the Amex I have no doubt at all that i'd get banned from games for several years

Out of interest, if it’s a legal drug, where can it be bought, for use as a recreational drug?

I suspect you know this but it can’t as supply is legal; except for medical purposes & caterers...

So basically we need to work out who’s definitely taken and give the rest of the squad some before Sheffield U?

When you read that back, there’s probably more a case for them taking it now rather than in the summer!

Feel sorry for the players having to put up with someone secretly filming them. If you'd had to guess what they'd have been up to this week, a night out with some lads lads lads stuff going on would have been almost as predictable as a round of golf and a trip to Nando's

It gives you a head rush for a few seconds and then the feeling completely disappears, ffs other legal drugs like alcohol and cigs do far more damage

Well all I can say is stop worrying about what the Daily Mail might write and get on with life. The likes of Sterling and Walker and Aubemayang will get shit from the tabloids whatever they do, whether its tattoos or legal drugs or girlfriends, and it says far more about the tabloids and the people who lap it up and regurgitate it on here than it does about these sportsmen.

If you're 'fairly liberal about drugs', and I assume you're talking about illegal drugs, and if you acknowledge the 'danger is miniscule', then why are you beating the tabloids drum? You're worried about it being bad press but its only bad press if people go along with the editorial stance of the media? Its just a self-defeating cycle designed to beat down good people just because they're famous.
