might have been said before but what about the one off shirt to have all the season ticket holders names on it, just a thought

Not a bad idea - how about all the people that have bought tickets during the wilderness years (the club may have a database on this)? If not, I agree, anyone that has bought a season ticket since May 1997.

Commemorating the hard times the fans have been through and the fans' collective role in keeping the club alive would be a fantastic thing for the club to do.

Or, maybe, August 2011 should be when we finally stop looking to the past and celebrate our bright future instead. I honestly don't know.

Not the only one that would like a Bukta style retro kit then.

Just make sure it scratches your tits off. then. the orginal did

And next year's shirt has to be based on this.

Back to normal stripes please, none of this pin stripes nonsense.

And I don't think enough is talked about the away kit. I would absolutely love us to have an away kit that becomes almost a classic in its own right, a bit like the yellow and green stripes of West Brom or the all yellow of Leeds. I hate the fact that the away strip seems to change year after year. Why? Just find a colour and stick to it, and I don't care what it is as long as it's not red and blue stripes.

Washboard Didgets' pics show the way forward. This season's is the first kit I haven't bought for a number of seasons, because although it looks good, it's not blue and white stripes. It's blue with thin white stripes, which is something altogether different. Bring back the blue and white stripes, say I.

Edit: Storer 68's are dandy, too. That'd do.

This seasons kit is my favourite for quite some time.

I agree-I wasn't sure at first but we look bloody strong in those shirts. No need for change unless it's because of a new manufacturer.

Also, that Bukta one posted by Braders: hideous.

I'm glad I don't buy replica shirts any more, however, if I did I'd be very happy to buy/keep this year's.

When I saw this thread, I headed to the errea catolouge to see what there is - usually errea make us a bespoke home kit, but you get the general idea of where errea's designs are headed. There isn't anything that grabs me at the moment. I would echo the comments of others, our current home kit is the best in years.

Maybe the kit and the crest will be revealed at the same time - after all, aren't we due a new sponsor too?

I believe that we have the same sponsor next season. Yes this seasons is the best outside the full stripes we have ever had. The plain blue & the pin striped shirts were all wrong.

I rather like the old admiral sandtex shirt (last home shirt at the goldstone) tbh

I understand that this seasons shirt is a one off being the last season at Withdean.( I really do like this seasons kit) I was looking at the images of The Amex & in these pics (sorry can't post them but some kind soul might want to) the fans depicted are wearing a blue shirt with a white pin stripe. Perhaps there will be a poll to follow but what say you on next seasons shirt, should we go back to our full stripes or are we looking more towards a fuller blue shirt with perhaps a pin stripe or even a fully blue shirt such as that worn on our previous encounter with the top flight? Personally I prefer us wearing the stripes although this seasons effort is lovely, as long as we never ever have stripped shorts again I'll live with it!

Your preference?

I am not narrow minded. I am in favour of one large white stripe on blue.
