what about Llalana for next season? Hes been with us under both Potter and RDZ so knows how we were "meant" to play before this clown came along
Great idea. Get rid of the 'too inexperienced' FH (who has over a decade in coaching) and bring in Lallana, who has none.

Honestly, the levels of stupidity on this Board never cease to amaze me.

I also think that Lallana should be nowhere near managing a Premier League club at present but he’d make a good assistant.

Based on what? As far as I'm aware, he's never even been a coach, let alone an assistant one.

On the new manager, I don't plan on giving up on this one to be honest, so don't feel qualified to give an answer. Although @sussex_guy2k2 may be on to something with Margot Robbie

The data tells me she’d be a good appointment. Full of potential.

I have other suggestions, if that would help.

Really? So a guy who played for Liverpool and was top notch, and had 3 years under Potter and RDZ and knows both their coaching standards And passed his coaching exams is gonner be worse than FH? DYOR

I really like Lallana but I do wonder if he has the mental strength to deal with the challenges of being a top flight manager. I still remember the interview he did after 'RDZ had kicked off in the dressing room'. He looked totally shell shocked. I think he us quite a nice guy, not unlike myself. But when the buck stops with you under the immense pressure a manager has, he would need to have immense resilience.

Utter and complete tosh. Can you guarantee that a totally inexperienced, unproven, first time coach would have us higher than 10th - yes that's 10th - in the PL because he watched other managers and took some exams? Of course you can't, it's completely ridiculous.

And can you guarantee he wont? what a bloody stupid statement
