Posh end of Shoreham
No reason why this game shouldn't be a complete sellout
1 Tributes to the Shoreham Air disaster
2 Top of the table
3 Zamora Amex home debut
But option 1 should be enough for every Albion fan to attend this game
If you read my thread last week about Blackburn being my dads last game he said to me today he's not missing this game for anything

Will never happen. As said before, we couldn't sell out the play off against Derby.

Probably not. But the crowd will undoubtedly be up significantly. A combination of:

-optimism
-rediscovered enthusiasm for a team that's remembered how to score goals
-a half decent away following
-the Zamora factor (and more new signings in contention for a first viewing)
-the Shoreham commemorations
-the fact that it's a Saturday afternoon at 3pm, with nobody having to rush home from work
-the school holidays are over, and most regulars are back in the country
-no transport issues, touch wood

...will see to that.

Got a reunion to go to -organised long before the fixtures were published. Really annoyed now as it is fitting to be there for the sake of all those involved in the tragedy, and as a welcome home to the team that has done so well so far. Be there for Rotherham on the Tuesday. Can't wait.

Spot on Edna, a day of rememberence & celebration for many involved with the club, if you only go to one Albion game this season make it this one, if my dad can make it you all can

Thanks for reminding me - I'm in Spain :( Will of course make sure there's people in my seats though - even if I have to give the tickets away (like every fan should IMO)

We have played Hull twice at The Amex in the league & attracted crowds of 19722 & 25367.

This season we have had crowds of 24623 & 22659

Despite our lofty positions, coming to Sussex for Hull is a long way & the hardcore will have been here before.
Maybe 1200 at best from them.

Any crowd above 25000 will be good & most acceptable in my opinion.

There are plenty of tickets available for the Hull game online.

If seats had not been added to the Amex then most games I assume would be an almost sell out.
Seats get added, then you have many seats empty on match day and it doesn't look good.
However you have to step back and consider that 22.000-25.000 is very good for the championship.

I would be interested in what difference the Prem would make and would every game be a sell-out.

Games are not cheap and I believe that at least kids under 10 should get in free to both fill seats
and encourage the supporters of tomorrow.
