I'd be interested to learn from a Newcastle fan whether they feel they've got value for money from Ritchie this season. Was a very good player for Bournemouth at this level, and I know he's chipped in with a goal or two here and there. But he doesn't seem to have made waves in the way I thought he would when Newcastle signed him. Especially when you consider how much he cost. Could be just that Gayle and Shelvey have got all the headlines maybe.
