Difficult to say. We are at least a CB and FB short aren't we ATM? Keep signing attacking players but it's got to be a summer priority, especially as Colwill is both unlikely to stay and (seemingly) loves and injury. It feels folly to criticise anything about this season- and you can't, it is what it is, but desperately need a bit more strength in depth defensively. We are also almost certainly losing our stand in RB and there's a suggestion Veltman might be off.

Hoping Groß doesn't take it upon himself to cut him out of the game, like he did against Everton

I'm worried about this line-up, some players really need to show what their potential if we ought to get at least a point from this game.
The bench looks young, with 3 trusted players (Enciso, Mac Allister, Ferguson).
However this may mean that one of our younger players might shine through in this match.

Edit. It was a worry for me that. A player of his intelligence and experience. Seemed like him saying 'this kid isn't ready'.

In terms of Buonaotte it's a lot this. He hasn't shown the physicality yet. That 45 against Everton must've been very painful, especially after being refused to play for Argentina U20. Really hoping he gets out of this unscathed.

Not happy with the team selection tonight

I was happy with the Wolves selection when many weren’t but for me this is a step too far. Love to be wrong

Even if we get stuffed, it doesn't make the selection wrong - our players need a rest. We have a better chance of 3 points against Southampton.

And we put out a good side against Forest, but they were knackered and it cost us.

I'm blaming the league for making us cram so many games into the final weeks, when we could have easily played some earlier in the season. They have ****ed us every which way.
