Should the VAR of got involved there?

Arguably a red, but the ref had full view of it, gave a yellow and wasn't a clear and obvious error?
 




We had a whole season of good fortune from VAR last season, but good this bad one doesn’t affect the 3 points

How is it silly? He’s just tried a heel flick and somehow accidently caught an opposition player in the face, how by any stretch can you send someone off for that? Ref watched it 20 times and still couldn’t decide, then changes his decision.

Surely VAR should not be doing that?

It's a red card. Blind high and open studs.

Not intended. But no complaints.

If that was an oppo player we would be seething.

No way is that a red card an accident completely he never meant it, a joke from the ref
