It's shiny, new, reeks of money, and it's being dropped into the centre of one of the grittiest parts of London.

Tottenham used to be awash with pubs that away fans could drink in. There's hardly anything now other than an Irish Community club

you can't use safe standing for european games currently. Those with terraces have to convert to all-seater (e.g. Dortmund)
