[Albion] New ticket exchange

If there are still wheelchair spaces available - but nothing else - does that prevent the ticket exchange from coming into effect? Anybody know?

This will be great if it reduce the empty seats for a sellout games.well done Brighton
Also it means our fans that travel long distance or work awkward shifts can still afford a ticket.
